摘要
在城市群的发展过程当中,我们日益面临类似于计算机科学发展过程中曾经面临的问题。比如,在计算机中,双核架构有效解决了单核架构的瓶颈制约,而在城市群中尤其是在京津冀城市群中,单极经济中心发展战略正面临诸多无法克服的硬性约束。为此,本文提出了"双核"经济中心的架构,并认为"双核"经济中心是资源靶向性、规模经济及有机疏散理论的内在要求。在此基础上,本文进一步分析了京津冀城市群实行"双核"经济中心的基础及必要性。最后,在借鉴计算机双核之间联系和分工机制的基础上,提出了城市群"双核"之间的联系和分工机制,力求对城市群尤其是京津冀城市群提供一定的理论和实施策略指导。
The developing of Metropolis is facing the same obstacles as the developing of computer science. For example, Dual Core Processors give solutions to the bottleneck of single core in computer science. And In metropolis, especially in Jing - Jin - Ji, the strategy of single economic pole is confronted with many rigid restrictions. So the paper raises the idea of constructing dual - core economy center. It is the request of Resources Targeting, Scale Economy and Organic Decentralization theories. Furthermore, the paper analyses the bases and necessity to carry out the Dual Core economic center plan in Jing -Jin -Ji, and gives some advices to the task division and contact between the Dual Core, using the Dual Core Processors in computer for reference and tries to give some suggestions for Jing - Jin - Ji Metropolis.
