摘要
目的:调查门诊糖尿病患者健康教育的效果。方法:采用自行设计问卷,对94例已确诊为糖尿病的患者在健康教育前、后进行分析。结果:健康教育前、后糖尿病患者在按时服药、合理饮食、运动治疗、血糖控制、情绪稳定方面,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:门诊健康教育是糖尿患者获得有关糖尿病知识及治疗技巧的有效途径,有助于增强患者自我保健能力,提升治疗效果。
Objective： To investigate the role of health education on diabetic patients. Methods： Ninety-four patients with defined diabetes referred to department of outpatient were questioned using questionnaire and the results were analyzed. Results： Significant differences were observed in the patients after health education on drug taking, scientific diet, exercise remedy, blood sugar control, emotion adjust （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Health education plays an important role for diabetic patients for effective knowledge acquiring and appropriate treatment, as well as the improvement of self-care ability and enhancement of therapeutic effect.
