摘要
给出了永磁电机铁心损耗的计算模型,该模型结合二维时步有限元法进行分析计算,考虑了实际电动机运行时铁心材料中的交变损耗和旋转损耗,并对一20 000 r/min的高速永磁无刷直流电动机进行了分析计算,给出其不同位置的损耗密度。最后对计算结果和测量结果进行了分析比较,验证了此分析模型的有效性,为进一步对电动机进行优化设计、减少损耗奠定了基础。
A calculation model of iron losses of rotational permanent motor was proposed, considering the influence of the rotation. The 2D time - step finite element was used for calculating a 20 000 r/min high speed permanent brushless DC motor,the loss density of deferent positions was proposed. Finally,the experimental measured value was compared with the computered one. The results proved the model was valid ,which was the base of deeply optimization design for minishing the loss.
