摘要
类球红细菌的cer群体感应系统可能对其饥饿存活存在影响。在实验中加入与类球红细菌自体诱导物结构相似的外源信号分子,通过测定总菌数和活菌数变化研究了它对类球红细菌饥饿存活影响。证实在类球红细菌中存在的群体感应调节系统对不同生长阶段转入饥饿培养的细菌存在调控,对生长到对数期转入饥饿培养的细菌调控能力较强,可以在饥饿环境下保持较高活菌数。
The cer quorum - sensing system of Rhodobacter sphaeroides may have impact on starvation - survival. In order to understand the role of eer quorum - sensing system in R. sphaeroides, the research was done by adding exogenous signal molecule as inducer whose structure is similar to that of the bacteria in the experiment, and then studying the impact of QS by measuring the total bacterial counts and viable bacterial counts. It can be confirms that the quorum sensing existing in R. sphaeroides can make different modulation of bacteria at different growth stages when confronted with starvation environment. QS has greater ability to control the log -bacteria, and has maintained higher viable counts.
