摘要
采用中国气象局2000～2005年《全国雷电灾害典型实例汇编》资料和湖北省气象局2006年全省雷电灾害统计资料,分析了湖北省雷电灾害次数、直接经济损失、伤亡人数的时空变化特征,及其行业分布特征、设施类型特征和城乡差异等。结果表明,湖北省雷电灾害次数、直接经济损失、伤亡人数及其密度分布具有明显的区域性,鄂东、鄂西各项指标最高;湖北省年雷电灾害次数总体呈上升趋势,雷电灾害次数月分布呈双峰型,与其雷暴日数的月分布基本一致;电力业遭受的雷电灾害直接经济损失最大,仓储业雷电灾害单次平均直接经济损失最高;弱电设备的雷电灾害次数最多,强电设备的雷电灾害直接经济损失最大。农村雷击伤亡人数高达92.3%,特别值得关注。
Based on the document of nationwide typical cases of lightning disasters during 2000 and 2005 compiled by China Meteorology Administration and the statistical data of the whole province lightning disasters in 2006 supplied by Hubei Meteorology Bureau, the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of lightning number, the direct economy loss and number of fatalities, the afflicted industrial and facilities type distribution characteristics and the differences between afflicted urban and rural areas in Hubei Province are analyzed in this paper. Results show that these characteristics have obvious regional differences in Hubei Province. Every index in eastern and western Hubei is higher than other areas. The annual trend of the total number of the lighting disaster in Hubei province is increasing, the monthly distribution of lightning disaster quantity coincides with its monthly distribution of thunderstorms dates with double peak type, the mean of direct economy loss in afflicted electric power industry is the highest, the direct economy loss of afflicted storage industry＂ in each lightning disaster is maximum; the afflicted number of weak current equipments is the largest, the direct economy loss of afflicted strong current equipments is the highest. We should pay more attention to rural areas where the fatalities rate in lightning disasters has added up to 92.3 percent.
