高速公路建设对牡荆生理因子影响的研究

摘要 以生物化学手段测定了高速公路建设中牡荆的净光合速率、叶绿素含量和硝酸还原酶活性,并用统计学方法进行了分析。结果表明:不同监测样方的净光合速率、叶绿素含量和硝酸还原酶活性存在着显著的差异,即均川最高,柳林次之,钱场最低,这可能与各监测样方受到高速公路建设所造成的环境污染程度不同有关。同时,高速公路的建设所造成的环境污染对叶绿素含量产生较大影响,使各监测样方的叶绿素含量随时间变化有下降趋势。本研究为高速公路的生态破坏和恢复监测评价提供了依据。 Net photosynthetic rate, content of chlorophyll and activation of nitrate-reductase of Vitex negundo var in highway construction were determined by a biochemistry method, and data was analyzed by statistics process. Results showed that net photosynthetic rate, content of chlorophyll and activation of nitrate-reductase had significant differences among different monitored plots possibly due to various pollution degrees aroused by highway construction. Meanwhile, the highway construction had some influence on the content of chlorophyll which would decrease with the time in different monitored plots. The study will provide basis for monitoring assessment of ecological destroy and restoration in the construction of highway.
