摘要
以沸程在120-200℃的乙烯装置副产C9馏分为原料,金属卤化物液体复合物为催化剂进行阳离子聚合反应,以制备高辛烷值汽油组分。实验结果表明,C9馏分在金属卤化物存在下通过两段聚合制备高辛烷值汽油组分,聚合条件温和,操作简单,可得到无色无怪味的高辛烷值汽油组分。收率可达70%以上。
High-octane gasoline is produced by C9 fractions from ethylene unit which boiling range is 120~200 ℃ in the presence of liquid complex substance containing metal halide as catalyst.As a result,the high-octane gasoline is obtained from C9 through two stage polymerization in the presence of metal halide as catalyst.The process is mild condition and convenient to operate.The yield of the product is 70%.
