介绍了新疆中泰化学股份有限公司在电石法PVC生产过程中,运用新技术、新设备对稳定批次间PVC质量采取的具体措施,使PVC的优、一级品率长期稳定在90%以上,提高了产品在市场中的占有率。
The concrete new techniques,equipment and measures to stabilize the quality of PVC resins among each production batch adopted by Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Co., Ltd. in the productionof PVC resins by calcium carbide method were introduced. The ratios of high-class and firstgrade PVC product kept above 90% for a long time,and its market share was improved.
