摘要
研究了Ti-Mg催化剂(MG型)的乙烯-1-丁烯气相共聚合。常压下聚合动力学曲线为衰减型。催化效率为10.2~11.0kgPE\gTi,产物密度d=0.905~0.922g\cm3。Φ-100流化床共聚合(1.2MPa)催化效率为137~173kgPE\gTi。产物特性粘度[η]、MI2.16、MFR10.0\2.16分别为1.09~2.22、1.0~6.9、7.8~10.4。共聚物熔点、结晶度、密度随共聚单体1-丁烯含量增加而降低。共聚物分子链中1-丁烯链节摩尔数、支化度随共聚单体丁烯含量增加而增加。共聚物分子链中1-丁烯含量为17%~38%(体积)时,共聚物熔点117.0~121.8℃、结晶度22.9%~34.9%、密度0.914~0.939g\cm3、共聚物分子链中丁烯链节摩尔数0.013~0.068、支化度14.3~31.1。
he catalytic efficience is 10.2 ̄11.0 kg PE g Ti and the kinetic curves are decay under atmospheric pressure. Products with density of 0.905 ̄0.922 g cm3 had been obtained. The catalytic efficience of the copolymerization in fluide bed (1.2 MPa) reaches to the level of 137 ̄173 kg PE g Ti. The ,MI2.16 and MFR10.0 2.16 of copolymers are 1.09 ̄2.22, 1.0 ̄6.9 and 7.8 ̄10.4, respectively. The effects of comonomer 1butene on copolymer properties were investigated. It was found that the melting point, crystallinity and density of the copolymers decreased and the 1butene monomer content and branched chain concentration in the copolymers increased with increasing 1butene content in the feeding. When 1butene content in the feeding is 17% ̄38%(V), the melting point, crystallinity and density of the copolymers are 117.0 ̄121.8 ℃, 22.9% ̄34.9%, 0.914 ̄0.939 g cm3 and the branched chain concentration and butene monomer mole in the copolymers are 14.3 ̄31.1 and 0.013 ̄0.068, respectively. The results of 13C NMR show that the products are random ethylene1butene copolylmers.
