基于变频技术的二阶段关阀的实现

摘要 随着大口径输水管道在现代节水农业中的逐步应用,人们对阀门控制系统的性能也提出了更高的要求,既要关阀迅速又要保证管网安全,于是各国竟相进行阀门控制技术的研究。借助于现代控制技术和变频技术,新兴的阀门控制技术改变了传统的匀速关阀的做法,代之以先进的二阶段关阀的方法。该技术方案构建了一例变频调速拖动系统,它使用可编程控制器(PLC)指定变频器的转速档位,利用变频器的多档转速设定功能设定各档转速值并实现变频,结合液压站中泵控的液压伺服方式,通过二阶段关阀的方法,消除水锤并实现快速关阀。通过试验,该技术较好地解决了快速关阀的需求与管网安全之间的矛盾,兼有快速、安全、节能等优点。 Along with the gradual application of heavy-caliber water pipe in modem water-saving agriculture,the people also set the higher performance requirement to the valve control system,both turning off the valve rapidly and realizing a safe operation of the pipe network, hence various countries devote their efforts to experimentation for the relevant valve control technology. With the aid in modem control technology and frequency conversion technology, burgeoning valve control technology has changed the traditional method of turning off the valve at the uniform velocity, instead of it with advanced way of two stage shutdown valve. An electric drive system of frequency conversion and velocity modulation is constructed In this technical proposal, using programmable controller (PLC) to appoint the stage of the inverter, applying multi-speed function of inverter to write in numerical value to realize frequency conversion, combining the pump-control mode in hydraulic station, through the method of two stage shutdown valve, have removed water-hammer and have realized the result closing a valve rapidly.Through testing, the technology have resolved the contradiction between the demand of quick closing valve and the pipeline safety,with a lot of advantages since it is fast, safe, energy-saving etc.
