摘要
在大棚内利用盆栽试验方法,研究了Pb对辣椒的生长特性、Pb富集规律和组织细胞超微结构的影响。结果表明,供试的辣椒果实中的Pb含量与土壤中的Pb含量呈极显著正相关(R=0.990);随着土壤Pb浓度的增加辣椒的产量显著降低,且植株形态发生畸变;运用扫描电镜对辣椒畸形叶片组织细胞超微结构进行了观察,发现虽然辣椒果实中的Pb含量没有超标,但叶片组织细胞超微结构已经受损,发生了质壁分离,叶绿体膜断裂或消失,线粒体内嵴减少,细胞壁变薄等现象。
Using the method of pot culture experiment in ouse, the effect of Pb on growth characteristics and cell uhrastructure of capsicum was studied. The results indicated that the content of Pb in capsicum is significantly positive correlation（R=0.990） with the content of Pb in soil and the yield of capsicum decreased remarkably following the increase of Pb in soil accompanied with aberrance in morphologic. Observed with scanning electron microscope, the ultrastructure of cells was also distorted by the pollution of lead in soil, which including plasmolysis, fracture or disappear of chloroplast membrane, reduction or vanish of cristae in mitochondrias and attenuation of cell wall.
