摘要
以烤烟品种K326供试材料,采用盆栽试验研究了施氮量对烤烟中性致香物质组分和含量的影响。结果表明,施氮量对烤烟中性致香物质组分和含量有一定的影响。施氮增加中性致香物质的种类,施氮(3g/盆)提高新植二烯、糠醛、糠醇、茄酮、巨豆三烯酮-2、巨豆三烯酮-4和法尼基丙酮含量;施氮较多(6g/盆)明显降低新植二烯、茄酮和糠醇含量,同时会降低糠醛、巨豆三烯酮-2、巨豆三烯酮-4和法尼基丙酮含量。施氮(3g/盆)明显提高烟叶类西柏烷类致香物质含量,提高烟叶苯丙氨酸类致香物质含量、棕色化产物类致香物质含量和类胡萝卜素类致香物质含量,施氮较多(6g/盆)则不同程度地降低这四大类致香物质含量。3g/盆的施氮量对提高烟草中性致香物质有利。
The pot-cultivation experiment was conducted to study the effects of nitrogen rates on the components and contents of neutral aroma constituents of flue-cured tobacco using a tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) cultivar K326. The results indicated that nitrogen rates had certain influence on the components and contents of neutral aroma constituents of flue-cured tobacco. Nitrogen application increased components of neutral aroma constituents.N1 treatment (3g/pot) increased the contents of Neophytadiene, Furfural, Furfurol, Solanone, Megastignone-2, Megastignone-4, and Neryl acetone, while over-applied nitrogen (6g/pot) decreased the content of Neophytadiene,Solanone, and Furfurolremarkly, and decreased the contents of Furfural, Megastignone-2, Megastignone-4, and Neryl acetone. N1 treatment (3g/pot) increased the content of Cembranenoids remarkly,and increased the contents of Phenylalanines, Blowing reaction products and Carotenoids.But over-applied nitrogen (6g/pot) decreased the content of the four kinds of aroma constituents by different degrees. 3g·pot-1 is better for improving the contents of neutral aroma constituents.
