摘要
以封闭型预聚体和含羟基预聚体为主要原料制备得单组分聚氨酯（PU）胶粘剂。初步研究了几种封闭剂对异氰酸酯基团的封闭率及对所制成单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂的热固化条件和贮存稳定性的影响。实验结果表明己内酰胺对－NCO的封闭效果较好。以此聚氨酯胶粘剂为基料制备了单包装聚氨酯导电粘合剂。
One-component PU adhesives were prepared from the blocked prepolymer and hydroxyl group-containing prepolymer. The effects of several blocking agents on the blocking ratio of isocyanate group (-NCO) are studied. The blocking effect of caprolac tam to -NCO is found the highest in this test. One-component PU electroconductive binders based on the one-component PU adhesives were prepared.
