摘要
目的内镜下射频及高频电联合治疗消化道息肉,可起到二者互补的作用,使息肉的切除更为简单,安全。方法应用OLYMPUS-240/260电子胃镜或肠镜发现消化道息肉后,内镜下视病变采用OLYMPUSPSD-20高频发生器及射频治疗仪切除息肉。结果278例息肉中,食管息肉7例,占2.52%,贲门息肉12例,占4.32%,胃息肉96例,占34.53%,十二指肠4例,占1.44%,结肠息肉159例,占57.19%,其中应用高频切除168例,占60.43%,射频治疗64例,占23.02%,射频及高频联合治疗46例,占16.55%。结论内镜下射频及高频联合治疗消化道息肉是一种安全有效的方法,比单用效果更为确切,并降低了治疗后消化道出血和穿孔的发生率。
Objective It＇s easier and safer to cut the peptic polyps by radiofrequency and high frequency under endoscope because of its mutuial effect. Methods Applied by OLYMPUS electron gastroscope or enteroscope to find peptic polyps and cut them adopted by OLYMPUS DES high frequency generator and radiofrequency treatment instrument under gastroscope. Results In278 cases of peptic polyp, 7 cases of esophagus polyp,accounting 2.52 percents. 12 cases of cardia polyp,accounting 432 percents. 96 cases of gastric polyp,accounting 34.53 percents. 4 cases of duodenal polyp,accounting 1.44 percents. 159 cases of colon polyp,accounting 57.19 percents. Among them 168 cases cut by high frequency instrument, accounting 60. 43 percents. 64 cases cut by radiofenqency instrument accounting 23. 02percents. 46cases cut by joint treatment accounting 16.55percents. Conclusions It is a safe and effective methods to cure the peptic polyps by radiofrequency and high frequency under gastroscope. It is more effective than only using singal instrument and it decreases the occurrence rate of bleeding and fenestrate of alimentary canal.
