摘要
采用滤纸片法,测定和比较了不同浓度的蜂蜜、蜂王浆、蜂胶、蜂花粉溶液对革兰氏阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)和革兰氏阴性菌(大肠杆菌)的抑菌效果。实验结果表明:蜂蜜、蜂王浆、蜂胶、蜂花粉溶液对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌均具有抑菌效果,而且蜂胶在抑制革兰氏阳性菌,蜂花粉在抑制革兰氏阴性菌方面效果比其它蜂产品更好。蜂蜜、蜂王浆、蜂胶、蜂花粉具有很好的抑菌效果,是优良的天然保健品。
The bacteriostasis effect of different bee products of different concentration on G^+ (Staphylococcus aureus) and G^- (Escherichia coil) were measured by filter slips method. The test results showed that the bacteriostasis effects of propolis on G^+ and bee pollen on G^- were better than that of others, It could be concluded that the bee products had good anti-bacteria activity and they were good natural health care products.
