玉米生料发酵生产乙醇的研究 被引量:2

Study on Production of Alcohol from Maize by Non-cooking Fermentation System

摘要 通过单因素试验和正交试验分析了不同因素对生料发酵法的发酵醪乙醇体积分数、淀粉利用率等指标的影响,提出了生料发酵生产乙醇的优化条件为:糖化酶添加量250U/g,酵母添加量0.1%,水料比3 mL/g。试验证明,生料发酵生产乙醇不仅简化了生产工序,而且淀粉利用率和发酵醪中乙醇体积分数均高于熟料发酵生产乙醇。 Alcohol was produced from extruded maize sterilized by uncooked fermentation system. Through single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiment, influences of some factors on ethanol con- centration of fermenting mash and use radio of amylum were studied. The optimized conditions were as following: addition of glucoamylase 250U/g, addition of ADY 0. 1%, ratio of water to meal 3 mL/g. It was found that ethanol concentration and use radio of amylum by uncooked fermentation system were higher than by cooking fermentation system.
