帕金森病的情感淡漠 被引量：5

摘要 情感淡漠是一种情感反应降低的精神状态，已在许多临床疾病中被报道，其部分症状与抑郁重叠，是不同于抑郁的一种独立综合征。情感淡漠广泛存在于帕金森病（PD）患者中，文献报道发生率为16．5％～51％。PD伴发的情感淡漠可能是疾病相关的生理改变的一种直接结果，而不是对失能的一种心理反应。
