摘要
为模拟临床急性巨块肺栓塞致肺动脉高压病理生理状态,对8只实验犬行主肺动脉钳夹术后,用超声心动图观察其结构和动能变化。发现:①于钳夹后6.24kPa时,右室腔径、面积及容积显著增加,而EF%则显著减低(P值≤0.01);②由于压力逆转,室间隔凸向左室侧。结果表明,急性肺动脉高压是右室结构功能变化的源动力,若短期内解除肺动脉高压。
In order to simulate clinical acute massive pulmonary thromboembolism caused the physipathological state of pulmonary hypertension.After clamping the main pulmonary artery in8 anesthized dogs,the RV structure and function were measured and recorded by echocardiography.The results showed;①The RV diameter,area and volume were significantly increased.But,eject fraction was decreased in6.24kPa(P<0.01).②Due to interseptal bilateral pressure reversing,the interseptal protruded the left side.Our finding suggest that acute pulmonary hypertension is a source of power which the above facts changed the RV structure and function.If the pulmonary hypertension is relieved in a short time,the RV structure and function may be reverse.
