摘要
根据相位值寻找匹配点是投影栅三维形面测量系统的关键技术之一,匹配精度在一定程度上决定了系统最终的三维重建精度,而整像素匹配无法满足高精度三维形面测量的需要。根据相邻像素相位近似线性分布的特点,提出了一种基于相位线性插值的亚像素匹配算法。模拟实验表明:应用该匹配算法后,三维重建测量精度有很大提高,匹配速度很快。验证实验显示:应用该匹配算法后投影栅三维形面系统的测量精度可达0.03mm,能够满足一些高精度测量需求。
Phase-based matching is a key technique for optical measurements using projected grating pattern analysis. The matching accuracy determines the final 3-D reconstruction accuracy. However, the reconstruction accuracy of integer-pixel matching is relatively low. A sub-pixel matching algorithm was developed based on phase linear interpolation assuming a linear phase distribution between adjacent pixels. Simulation results indicate that the proposed sub-pixel matching algorithm improves the final 3-D reconstruction accuracy with high processing speed. Verification experiments show that the accuracy can reach 0. 03 mm. A 3-D surface measurement system utilizing the sub-pixel matching algorithm can provide very high accurancy.
