摘要
为研究丙烯酰胺(AAM)中毒的原因,以便采取有效的预防措施,对108例AAM中毒病人及所在的10个工厂进行了劳动卫生学调查。结果表明:各中毒病人的手、足有被AAM(浓度为30%~100%)的污染史,双手皮肤1次污染AAM量为8.50~98.90mg,中毒发生在工作量大及气温高的5~9月份。提示:皮肤污染是AAM中毒的主要原因。
For studying the causes of acrylamide(AAM) poisoning,thereby taking effective preventive measures,the analysis on the clinical manifestation of 108 cases of AAM poisoning and the investigation on their working condition in 10 factories where they worked were made in the paper.The result showed that each victim had the hand and foot skin contamination history by AAM(30% ̄100%),the two hand contamination level was 8.50 ̄98.90 mg at one time.The amount of work and the temperature in the working environment were related to AAM poisoning.It often happened between May and September.It is therefore concluded that the skin contamination is the main cause of acrylamide poisoning.
