摘要
为研究丙烯酰胺（ＡＡＭ）中毒的原因，以便采取有效的预防措施，对１０８例ＡＡＭ中毒病人及所在的１０个工厂进行了劳动卫生学调查。结果表明：各中毒病人的手、足有被ＡＡＭ（浓度为３０％～１００％）的污染史，双手皮肤１次污染ＡＡＭ量为８．５０～９８．９０ｍｇ，中毒发生在工作量大及气温高的５～９月份。提示：皮肤污染是ＡＡＭ中毒的主要原因。
For studying the causes of acrylamide(AAM) poisoning,thereby taking effective preventive measures,the analysis on the clinical manifestation of 108 cases of AAM poisoning and the investigation on their working condition in 10 factories where they worked were made in the paper.The result showed that each victim had the hand and foot skin contamination history by AAM(30%￣100%),the two hand contamination level was 8.50￣98.90 mg at one time.The amount of work and the temperature in the working environment were related to AAM poisoning.It often happened between May and September.It is therefore concluded that the skin contamination is the main cause of acrylamide poisoning.
