摘要
目的:探讨高频射频电波刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床价值。方法:将我院2007年2月至2007年11月检查确诊为慢性宫颈炎(均为重度宫颈糜烂合并宫颈肥大)的患者140例,随机分成高频射频电波刀治疗组(60例)及传统物理治疗方法主要为宫颈电灼治疗组(80例),比较分析两组的手术时间、术中出血量、治疗效果以及手术并发症发生情况。结果:电波刀治疗组的手术时间均数及术中出血量均数分别为10±1.2min,12±1.3 ml,一次性痊愈58例(96.67%);宫颈电灼治疗组手术时间均数及术中出血量均数分别为16±1.5min,8±1.4ml,一次性痊愈49例(61.25%)。两组差异有显著性,P<0.05。两组均未见宫颈粘连闭锁等严重并发症。结论:电波刀是治疗慢性宫颈炎的一种安全而有效的方法,电波刀技术既可用于全面估计宫颈病变的情况,同时也有较确切的治疗效果,且不良反应较轻。规范操作可减少并发症的发生。
Objective：To study the clinical value of treating chronic cervicitis by high frequency scalpel. Method： 140 cases chronic cervicitis with severe cervical erosion and hypertrophy, which were divided randomly into two groups , electrotome group （ 60 cases） and fulgurize group （ 80 cases ）, were observed and analyzed from Feb. 2007 to Nov. 2007 in the operative time, hemorrhage, curative effect and complication. Result：The electrotome group had the significant disparity from the fulgurize group in many of the above - mentioned respects,especially in the cure rate of one time ,the former was 96.67% ,and the later was 61. 25 % , P 〈 0.05. The two groups all had no severe complication, such as cervix stricture. Conclusion：The high frequency scalpel was a safe and effective procedure of treating chronic cervicitis, not only could evaluate the lesion degree of the cervix, but also had the fairly efficacy and less adverse effect. The standard operation could reduce the complication.
