摘要
从分析地方高校图书馆信息建设理论与信息德育理论的误区着手,将系统论及系统工程论引入信息德育理论的建构中,提出地方高校图书馆信息化建设中的德育免疫观,并重点阐述了地方高校图书馆信息化建设的理论基础和建构要求。
The purpose of this paper is to make an analysis of the problems in the library information construction in local institutions and to elaborate the basic theory and requirement in this aspect by applying systematic theory and systematic engineering theory.
