摘要
近年来,国内外研究显示脉冲电磁场(PEMFS)可安全、有效防治废用性骨质疏松。通过文献资料查阅法,归纳了废用性骨质疏松的分类、综述了脉冲电磁场对废用性骨质疏松的防治作用、意在探讨脉冲电磁场(PEMFS)对废用性骨质疏松的作用机制。结果认为脉冲电磁场(PEMFS)可能通过作用于破骨细胞、成骨细胞、软骨内成骨、骨局部调节因子、基因表达及骨代谢达到防治废用性骨质疏松的目的。
In recent years, domestic and international researches have shown that pulse electromagnetic field (PEMFS) may be a safe and effective method for preventing and curing disuse osteoporosis. Through literature review,this article makes a classification of disuse osteoporosis and reviews the prevention and treatment function of PEMFS on disuse osteoporosis, for the purpose of discussing the functional mechanism on disuse osteoporosis. It is concluded that PEMFS may bring effects on the prevention and treatment of disuse osteoporosis because of its influence on the osteoclast, the osteoblast, the cartilage formation,the regulating factor and gene expression of bone and bone metabolism.
