摘要
中频淬火变压器用于工件的透热、淬火、退火、弯管钎焊等工艺。主要缺点是该变压器投入工作时温度升高,绕组和铁心中均需要放置铜管通过循环水进行冷却,以保证变压器在允许温度条件下正常运行,中频淬火变压器的制造工艺较为复杂。
Medium frequency transformer quenching is used for workpiece diathermy, quenching, annealing, brazing, etc. The main feature of the transformer is when it starts to work, the coil and magnetic conductor need to be cooled by circulating water in order to guarantee transformer normal operation under given conditions of temperature. The manufacture process of medium frequency transformer quenching is very complicated.
