摘要 目的:分析老年性白内障患者视觉电生理的改变。方法:对100例老年性白内障患者进行F-VEP、F-ERF检查。结果:F-VEP大多数正常,F-ERG表现为b波潜时延长,振幅降低。结论:视觉电生理检查对老年性白内障患者的视功能及预后判断有一定指导意义。 AIM: To investigate the characteristics of electroph- ysioloqy of vision in age-related cataract (ARC). METHODS: The system was developed to detect 100 ARC patients before and after phacoemulsification and lens implantation. Flash-vision evoked potential ( FVEP) and Flash-electroretinogram ( FERG) were measured. RESULTS: The age-related cataract patients had lower ERG amplitude and longer latent period while the FVEP had no significant difference to normal subjects. CONCLUSION : Examination of visual electro physiology has certain guiding significance to visual function and prognosis of age-related cataract patients.
