摘要
目的:探讨胸腺肽(thymosin)治疗复发性单纯疱疹性病毒性角膜炎外周血T淋巴细胞亚群。方法:收集复发性单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者33例、健康对照者28例,应用流式细胞仪技术测定T细胞亚群。结果:复发性单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者治疗前CD3、CD4明显下降(P<0.05),CD8升高,CD4/CD8比值下降(P<0.05)。23例痊愈患者治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群接近正常水平,而6例未痊愈患者治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群虽有所提高,但仍低于健康对照(P<0.05)。结论:复发性单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者细胞免疫功能降低,胸腺肽肠溶片能够增强患者细胞免疫功能,取得较好效果。
AIM： To explore the effect of thymosin on cytoimmunity of herpes simplex keratitis （HSK） and the change of T lymphocytes subgroup in peripheral blood.
METHODS： Thirty-three cases of recurrent HSK and 28 cases of healthy controls were collected. The levels of CD3, CD4, and CD8 were detected by using flow cytometry technology.
RESULTS： Before the treatment, CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 of the recurrent HSK patients decreased （P 〈 0. 05）, while the level of CD8 rose. After the treatment, T lymphocytes subgroup approached to the normal level in 23 cases who had complete recovery. The level of T lymphocytes subgroup were raised to some extent but still lower than that of normal controls in six cases who did not recover completely.
CONCLUSION： Cell-mediated immunity decreased in patients with recurrent herpes simplex keratitis. Thymosin can improve the curative effects on recurrent HSK and enhance the cytoimmunity of HSK patients.
