摘要
采用CY7C68013A芯片作为粗糙度数据采集主芯片,保证数据采集的实时性,以USB接口传递采集数据到PC机,进行数据处理和显示。系统具有体积小、精度高、实时性好、操作使用简单的特点,已成功应用于BD025表面粗糙度仪上。
A new surface roughness measuring system was presented.It used CY7C68013A chip to collect data,ensured the measuring system＇s high-speed communication with the PC.The PC processed and displayed the data.The measuring system had the advantage of smaller volume,higher precision,high speed,and easy in operating.It was applied in BD025 surface roughness measurement machine.
