摘要
采用高温固相法合成了Ca_2B_5O_9Cl:Eu^(2+)蓝色荧光粉,并对其发光性质进行了研究。该荧光粉在近紫外370 nm激发下的发射光谱为峰值位于453 nm的宽带发射,对应了Eu^(2+)的4f^65d→4f^(78)S_(7/2)特征跃迁发射。监测453 nm的发射峰,得到其激发光谱为250~450nm的宽带,与产生350~410 nm辐射的紫外发光二极管(ultraviolet light-emitting diode,UV-LED)管芯匹配很好。当CaCl_2用量为理论用量的1.1倍,H_3BO_3用量为理论用量的1.3倍,Eu^(2+)掺杂浓度为6%时,蓝光发射最强。Ca_2B_5O_9Cl:Eu^(2+)是适合UV-LED管芯激发的自光发光二极管用高亮度蓝色荧光粉。
A Ca2B5O9Cl:Eu^2+ blue phosphor was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction and its luminescence properties were investigated.The results show that a peak of the broad blue emission band for the excitation of 370nm located at 453 nm,which corresponds to the 4f^65d→4f^(78)S(7/2)eigen transition of Eu^2+.The emission peak was monitored at 453 nm,and the obtained excitation spectrum extends from 250 nm to 450 nm,which indicates that this phosphor can be excited effectively by near-ultraviolet light-emitting diodes(UV-LEDs).When CaCl2 and H3BO3 are added at 1.1 and 1.3 times of the theoretic dosage respectively and the molar fraction of Eu^2+is 6%,the most intense blue emission is obtained.The phosphor is a very appropriate blue-emitting phosphor for white light-emitting diode devices with UV chips.
