摘要
目的:观察痔宁洗剂对痔疮的治疗作用。方法:90例痔疮患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,观察治疗前后肛门疼痛、水肿、瘙痒、肛门坠胀、脱出、便血的变化以及不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率为91.11%,对照组有效率为68.89%,两组疗效相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后较治疗前相比肛门疼痛、便血,水肿,脱出、瘙痒症状积分显著降低(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后较对照组治疗后相比肛门疼痛、便血症状积分显著降低(P<0.05);未发现不良反应。结论:痔宁洗剂是治疗痔疮安全有效的药物。
