摘要
政治信任是公民与政府间的一种互动,它涉及公民、政府与特定价值之间的特定关系。影响政治信任的因素众多,我们可以将政治信任的影响因素分为三个层次,即个体层次、社会层次和政府层次。当代中国的政治信任状况并不理想,公民对政府的信任度随着政府层级的降低而下降:公民对中央政府的信任度最高,省级政府次之,依此类推,公民对乡镇政府的信任度则最低。在当下的中国,积极稳妥地推进政治体制改革,合理调整政府的相关政策,是培育政治信任的现实选择。
Political trust is an interaction relation between citizen and government which concerns with specific relation of citizenship and political value. There are many factors influencing political trust that can be divided into three levels such as：personal level ,social level and governmental level. This article consists of three parts. The author explores the definition, connotation and possibility of political trust in the first part, then analyses the impact factors of political trust from individual, social and political levels respectively. In the last part, the author discusses the current condition of political trust in China.
