高效液相色谱法测定山楂合剂中枸橼酸的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定山楂合剂中枸橼酸的含量。方法:采用Agilent C18色谱柱(ZORBAX SB—C184.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为0.5%NH1H2PO1水溶液(用磷酸调节pH至2.8);检测波长为210nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为25℃。结果:枸橼酸进样量在0.058~29.0μg(r=0.99999)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.29%,RSD=0.56%(n=9)。结论:本法简便、快速,专属性强、重现性好;可作为山楂合剂的质量控制方法。 Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of citric acid in Shanzha Oral Liquid.Methods: Agilent C18 column(ZORBAX SB-C184.6 mm×250mm,5μm) was used.The mobile phase was 0.5%NH4H2PO4 solution (pH was adjusted to 2.8 by phosphoric acid).Detective wavelength was 210nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The column temperature was 25℃.Results The sample size of citric acid at the range of 0.058~29.0μg,(r=0.99999) had a good linear relation with peak area.The average recovery rate was 99.29%,RSD=0.56%(n=9).Conclusion: The method is convenient and accurate with strong exclusive and good reappearance and can be used in the quality control of citric acid in Shanzha Oral Liquid.
