摘要
介绍了TPMS(汽车胎压检测系统)的技术要求及系统工作原理,结合ATMEL公司的控制器ATmega48和Chipcon公司的无线射频收发芯片CC1100的特点,提出了基于收发芯片CC1100的轮胎实时监测系统的设计方案,并采用具有低功耗、低成本等特点的ZigBee无线网络技术作为通信协议。着重介绍了实现TPMS的硬件电路设计和软件流程。该系统可在汽车行驶时实时地测定每个轮胎内部的实际温度和瞬压,对轮胎漏气和高气压进行报警,可有效避免爆胎事故的发生,保障驾驶员的行车安全。
The TPMS' technology requirements and work theory are introduced here. The design concept of the real-time tire monitor module is brought forward based on the characteristics of RF transceiver CC1100 of Chipcon company, the microcontroller ATmega48 and ZigBee wireless communication proposal, a low-cost, low power wireless communication technology. The hardware circuit design and the software flow of TPMS are introduced emphatically. This system can monitor the real-time temperature and pressure of every tire, and the tire blowout can be well avoided.
