摘要
采用水热方法合成了V(Ⅳ)配合物[VO(phen)(C2O4)(H2O)],其结构经单晶X-射线衍射测定.结构分析表明化合物中存在着丰富且相互平行的氢键,从而将配合物分子网联成1D配位超分子.采用表面光电压及场诱导表面光电压技术研究了配合物的光电性能.结果表明,该化合物在300-800 nm范围内有较强的光伏响应,且呈现出P型半导体的特征.此外,讨论了化合物的UV-VIS-NIR及IR光谱.
A complex [VO(phen) (C2 04 )(H2 O)]has been synthesized by hydrothermal method, and its structure determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The analysis of structure shows that the complex is a 1D coordination supermolecule constructed by various parallel hydrogen bonds. The photoelectric transfer property was investigated by surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS) and field-induced surface photovoltage spectroscopy (FISPS) techniques, and the result reveals that the complex exhibits stronger surface photovoltage (SPV) response in the range of 300-800nm, and possesses the characteristic of p-type semiconductor. In addition, we tentatively discussed the spectroscopies of UV- VIS-NIR and IR.
