摘要
在带钢热连轧中,卷取温度对带钢的品质有着重要的影响,因此,提高卷取温度的控制精度有着重要意义。卷取温度控制系统是一个具有非线性、时变性和大滞后的复杂控制系统,传统的基于精确模型的控制方法难以进一步提高控制精度。通过BP神经网络在1 500 mm带钢热连轧卷取温度控制中的应用,取得了良好的效果。
Coiling temperature is very important to the quality of the strip in hot strip rolling mill. Laminar cooling system is a nonlinear,time-variant, time-delay complicated system, and it is very difficult to get an excellent result for the traditional control strategy based on precise model. This paper briefly introduces BP neural network used in 1500 mm hot continuous strip steel rolling at Laigang.
