随着轧机速度的提高,轧机振动现象频繁出现。因此,在轧机设计工作中必须增加动力学设计的内容。对下列问题本文进行了分析:(1)轧机运行中振动问题及造成的设备事故;(2)轧机动力学设计的要求及设计的主要内容;(3)轧机动力学设计准则;
With the increasement of rolling speed, rolling mill vibration problems happen very often. It is necessary to add the content of dynamic design in rolling mill design project. The following questions are analyzed in this essay. (1)The vibration problems in rolling mill operation and machinery failure caused. (2)The requirement and main contents of dynamic design of rolling mill. (3)Criteria of dynamic design for rolling mill. (4)Dynamical simulation system for rolling mill design.
