摘要
在分析国内外绿色GDP、真实储蓄率等相关理论研究和应用的基础上,采用科学的环境成本估算方法,对河南省许昌市"十五"期间大气、水、噪声、固体废物污染以及自然资源耗损造成的经济损失进行核算,结果表明,"十五"期间许昌市付出的环境成本为61.17亿元,占GDP的2.76%,高于同期环保投入,说明该城市的环境形势十分严峻。
Based on the analysis of the green GDP, the real savings rate and other related research and application of the theory, the economic losses of Xuchang during ＂the 10th five-year plan＂ caused by the air, water, noise, solid waste pollution and depletion of natural resources are accounted in this article by using scientific methods of estimating environmental cost. The results show that the environmental cost of Xuchang during ＂the 10th five-year＂ is 6. 117 billion yuan, accounting for 2.76% of GDP, and it is higher than the environmental input, and this notes the city＇s environmental situation is still very grim.
