活塞是高风压潜孔冲击器中最重要的零件。木文以提高冲击器的使用寿命为目的，采取了优化活塞结构，合理选择材质，严格加工要求，正确制定热处理工艺方案等必要措施。
The piston is an important part of high air-pressure DTH hammer. In order to increase the service life of hammer, some necessary measures, have been took up, for examples: optimization of piston structure, reasonable selection of piston material, strict requirements of processing, and correctly laying down the heat treating technology etc.
