内容决定形式,形式服务内容,恰当的教学形式,能够使干部教育培训起到事半功倍的效果。教师应认真研究和把握不同培训对象的特点,根据教学内容和培训目标,选择既适合自己、又适合学员、又与教学内容相统一的教学形式。
It is of significance to choose an appropriate form of course in view of the characteristics of students, course contents and training goal, because it is a sure way of multiplying the effectiveness of the teacher＇s efforts.
