摘要
目的研究MMP-9、uPA在大肠癌中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测50例大肠癌、11例正常大肠黏膜标本中MMP-9、uPA蛋白的表达情况。结果MMP-9和uPA蛋白在大肠癌组的阳性表达显著高于正常大肠黏膜组,并与大肠癌的组织学分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移密切相关(P<0.05)。且两者表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论MMP-9、uPA的高表达预示着大肠癌的低分化、并共同促进了肿瘤的侵袭、转移。联合检测MMP-9、uPA的表达情况对于评估大肠癌的发展及预后具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of MMP -9 and uPA protein in colorectal cancer. Methods The expressions of MMP -9 and uPA protein were detected in 50 cases of carcinomas, 11 cases of normal colorectal mucosas by a streptavidin - peroxidase （SP） technique. Results The positive expressions of MMP -9 and uPA protein in colorectal carcinomas were significantly higher than those in normal colorectal mucosas, and were related with histological grades, the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis （P 〈 0. 05） . A positive correlation was observed between the expression of MMP - 9 and that of uPA （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Overexpression of MMP - 9 and uPA in colorectal carcinoma were associated with poorly histological grades, cell migration, tumor metastases and poor prognosis. It is very significant to investigate the expression of MMP -9 and uPA combinodly in colorectal carcinoma.
