摘要
国内介绍卷取机设计计算的资料不多,在有关轧钢机的文献中主要针对大张力卷取机,不适用于纵剪线卷取机。本文提出了纵剪线卷取机张力的合理确定方法、电机功率计算中的主要参数的选取,以及张力恒定控制方法的分析比较。
The proper defining method of tension force of recoiler in slitting line has been introduced in this text as well as main data selection in calculation of power of motor with analysis of different methods of controlling the constant tension force.
