摘要
本文给出了几个常用的监测大范围气候异常的定量指标，并讨论了它们的统计特征。
In this paper, the constractions are presented of several fundamental anomaly indicesthat are currently used for monitoring the duration and intensity of climatic anomaly over alarge region and their theoretical properties are also discussed.
