摘要
立体可视化是90年出现的可视化及计算机图形学的一个重要领域。立体可视化技术为计算机图形学带来了一场革命并在其众多的应用领域中取得了突破性进展。用立体可视化技术,不仅容易实现图形演示的虚拟真实性(灵境),而且可以将视野深入至复杂物体的内部世界。该文介绍立体可视化技术的原理、立体数据的生成、处理及演示。
Volume visualization is emerging in the 1990s as a key field of visualization and conlputer graphics. Volume visualization technology brings a revolution to computer graphics and makes important breakthroughs in its numerous applications. With the help of volume visualisation, it is not only easy to realize the 'Virtual reality'of graphics rendering, but also capable of allowing visual insight into opague complex objects. This paper presents the principle of volume visualization technology, the generation, manipulation and rendering of volumetric data.
