表面修饰对羟基磷灰石修复骨缺损的影响 被引量:2

摘要 精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸(Arg-Gly-Asp,RGD)多肽是介导种子细胞与支架材料黏附的多肽链.RGD序列可被固有黏附蛋白受体特异性结合.在生物材料表面自发形成一分子层.为与受体介导的种子细胞提供特异性位点而促进细胞的黏附和分化。笔者旨在应用RGD多肽对羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite.HA)材料进行表面修饰处理.以促进骨髓基质干细胞(marrow stromal cells.MSC)在其表面的黏附和生长.为骨组织工程提供一种支架材料的表面修饰手段。
