摘要
介绍钢帘线生产中的环保措施,给出降低物料消耗、提高劳动生产率的设计思路,列出Dv值为75mm.m/min,40根丝的生产线的化学品年消耗指标。介绍新建的60根丝,Dv值为95 mm.m/min,年产量大约为22 000 t的电镀生产线在电能、水、化学品节约方面的成效。
To introduce evironment protection measures in steel cord production. The design thinking reducing materiel consumption and raising labor productivity is given, and the chemicals annual consumption indexes of production line with 40 wires and Dv being 75 mm· m/min are given. The effects saving electrical energy, water and chemicals of new electroplating line with 60 wires, Dv being 95 mm· m/min and the annual output being about 22 000 tons is given.
