摘要
电网频率稳定是系统正常运行的基本条件之一。由一次调频决定的电网静态调频特性,则是电网频率稳定性的基础。分析了漳泽电厂3~6号机组一次调频的控制策略,制定了4种在CCS系统中实现一次调频的方案。通过试验数据对比,得出一次调频效果最佳的方案。
The frequency stabilization for a power grid is one of the basic conditions for a power system to operate normally. The static frequency modulation characteristic in a power grid determined by primary frequency modulation is the foundation for stabilization of power grid frequency. The paper analyzed the controlling tactic of primary frequency modulation for from No. 3 to No. 6 unit in Zhangze Power Plant, and presented four schemes to implement primary frequency modulation in CCS system and gained the best scheme through comparing with the tested data.
