摘要
本文介绍了阳极糊、预焙阳极炭块中添加氟化铝的实验室研究及工业应用试验，试验结果表明，氟化铝是一种理想的铝用阳极添加剂，它能有效地改善阳极性能，提高阳极的搞氧化能力；提高电流效率、降低直流电耗及吨铝炭耗；降低原铝中硅铁含量，提高原铝质量；增加盈利５０～８０元／ｔ·Ａｌ，有较好的经济效益。
The Laboratory study and industrial application tests for adding aluminium froide in to carbon paste and prebaked anode carbon were carried out The results showed that aluminium resistance are effextive for the anode of aluminium cells ,the anode performance and oxidation reistance are effectively improved. current efficiency is incgreaced. D.C consumption and carvon consumption are reduced. The economic efficiency is improved by using this method.
