摘要
介绍了炼油型MTBE装置的工艺特点;对混相反应床-催化蒸馏工艺的适用性、反应温度、操作压力、醇烯比等因素对异丁烯转化率和MTBE产品的影响以及在设计中需注意的问题做了简单的总结。
The process characteristics of refining type MTBE u- nit are presented,and the adaptability of integrated MTBE pro- cess of mixed phase reactor and catalytic distillation is intro- duced.The main operation factures,such as reaction tempera- ture and pressure,and the effects of alcohol/alkene ratio on isobutylene conversion and MTBE quality are discussed.
