基于渗流理论的水泥石微结构模型构建 被引量:5

摘要 渗流理论是处理随机几何结构最好的理论之一,可对系统的宏观性能进行至少是半定量的描述。通过对水泥石中各相的组成、含量及分布等微结构特征的分析,认为水泥石微结构具有随机几何结构的特征,为此构造了一个基于渗流理论的水泥石微结构模型。模型认为水泥石微结构与其宏观性能的关系是水泥石内各相在其空间内的多色渗流问题。模型的构造为水泥基材料微结构与其宏观性能关系的量化表征奠定了基础。 Percolation theory is one of the excellent tools for random geometrical configuration. It can give macro-performance of random geometrical system at least a half-quantitative analysis. The analysis of each phase characteristics and content and distribution in cement paste indicated the microstructure has the character of random geometrical configuration. Therefore, this paper developed a microstructure model of cement-based materials based on percolation theory. The model consider that macro-performance of cement-based materials is determined by the polychromatic percolation of different hydrated products and unhydrated particles. The model made a good basement for describing quantificationally the relationship of microstructure and properties of cement-based materials.
