摘要
X荧光光谱仪是大型分析仪器，广泛应用于冶金材料成分分析，仅本省就有十台左右。此光谱仪的维修比较复杂，本文就我所光谱仪的维修作简单的介绍。
As a large analytical equipment, the X-Ray fluorescence spectrometer is widely used in metallurgical analysis. About ten pieces of this cquipment are in use throughout Guangdong province. The mantenance of the equipment is known to be complicated and arduous, therefore a brief description of such maintenance with worked examples seems to be necessary and is presented in this paper.
