摘要
针对当前较低的产业集中度已经成为制约我国钢铁业发展的突出问题这一现实,文章以考察钢铁业的市场绩效作为研究产业集中度的切入点,运用因子分析技术对钢铁业的市场绩效进行了实证研究。结果发现,生产规模是影响我国钢铁业市场绩效的主要因素,同时钢铁企业的布局和产品差异程度也有较大影响。我国为此应该将钢铁企业的兼并重组、产品结构高级化和布局优化结合起来,以促进钢铁业集中度的提高。
In view of the reality that the low industrial concentration has currently been the obvious problem of constraining China's iron and steel industry development, the article, analyzing the market performance as a starting point for the analysis of industrial concentration, makes an empirical analysis on the market performance of China's iron and steel industry with the factorization method. The results show that the scale of production is the main factors affecting the market performance; meanwhile the location and the degree of product differentiation also have important influence. Therefore China should coordinate the merger and reorganization of enterprises, upgrading of the product structure and the optimization of location for the improvement of iron and steel industry concentration.
